In Thônex, SIZE is contributing to the creation of a new neighborhood as part of the revision of a Localized Neighborhood Plan. With nearly 10,000 sqm of gross floor area, the project will comprise approximately 120 homes, some of which will be offered as condominiums.
Conceived as a genuine place to live, BOULEVARD VERT embraces a carefully managed approach to development, with coherent architecture and generously landscaped communal spaces. Every aspect of the project has been designed to create a balanced, sustainable and enjoyable living environment.
The project has been entrusted to Atelier d’Architecture Bugna. At this scale, SIZE’s role is all the more important: to coordinate, anticipate and ensure that every decision from the master plan to the shared spaces, contributes to the quality of life of those who will call this neighborhood home.
