SIZE plays an active role in the design of a Locally Zoned Area (PLQ) currently under review, within an evolving sector in the municipality of Thônex. It is involved in the development of a real estate project with a gross floor area (SBP) of 10,000 square meters, in compliance with the General Law on Development Zones (LGZD).

Ultimately, the site will accommodate 120 apartments, with one-third under condominium ownership (PPE). The architectural firm Atelier d’Architecture Bugna has been commissioned for the architectural design of this project, estimated at a value of CHF 35,000,000.
